We endeavor to ship all orders placed before 12.00 noon on the same business day. Please be advised that Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not considered business days. Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hrs of receipt. All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you. If products are dispatched from different warehouses, these products may arrive separately at different times.
We use Royal Mail for items under 2kg and a Courier for items over. Royal Mail delivery is usually the next working day after we dispatch it. The Courier can take up to four working days. A signature will be required. This is not a guaranteed service. As we do not despatch orders on weekends any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be processed as soon as possible after the weekend or Bank Holiday, subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.
