Here you will find answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isn't answered on this page, then please feel free to contact us using the Contact Us form.

How can I find what I'm looking for?

You can search using the ' Search here ' by keywords, make or model or click the main headings on our Product Range category.

Where can I find more information on products?

Where possible we try to include as much information as available. You can refer to the manufacturers web site for more detailed information.

How often is the product availability updated?

The availability is updated every minute. The majority of our stock items are clearance or end of line and therefore we do not expect any more stock. If there is a problem and the number of orders exceeds the actual stock level, you will be notified by email. We will either suggest an alternative or your payment would be refunded and order cancelled.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found a product you would like to buy, you simply press the Add to Cart button. Up until that point in the top right hand area of the screen you would see a shopping trolley & the words ' 0 items in cart ' . As soon as you add a product to your basket this text changes to '1 item in cart' and this becomes a link which will allow you to view your basket at any time.

You can continue to browse or search for other products and add them to your basket by pressing the appropriate Add to Cart button. At any time you can view your basket by clicking on the Shopping Cart link.

If you have ordered from us before you need to sign in, simply by entering your email address and the password you provided when you first ordered. There is a facility for your password to be emailed to the email address you registered with, if you have forgotten it. This is available via the link on the Sign In page.

Once you have signed in, you complete your order by following the four step order process. Click the View Basket link. You can amend your order by adjusting the quantity of any product in your basket or by ticking the delete check box in Steps 1, 2 and 3 of the order process. If you amend your order please be sure to press the Update basket button before proceeding.

Step 1 - Addresses

If you are a new customer you need to enter your Billing and Shipping addresses (if these are the same you can copy the Billing address to the Shipping address by ticking the appropriate check box). If you are a returning customer you can reuse addresses you have used for earlier orders by selecting them from the dropdown list of addresses and indicating by ticking the appropriate check box whether to use the address for Billing or Shipping (you can tick both). Press the Use button to apply the address you have chosen. The address information will then be displayed on the screen.

Step 2 - Payment

You can pay for your order by any credit card our payment processor accepts:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Switch
  • Solo
  • Visa Delta

The details of the products you have ordered appear on this screen and our delivery charges are applied, based on the address you have indicated and then weight of your purchase.

Step 3 - Confirmation

At this stage you are unable to adjust your order without returning to an earlier stage by pressing one of the links in the steps on the screen. A summary of your order , address information and payment method is displayed. If this is correct, you should press the Finish button to place your order .

'Thank you for your order' When you see this screen you have completed your order . You will receive an order acknowledgement email at the email address you provided and you can print this screen for reference.

How secure are my card details?

We use a secure payment method called SSL. provided by Geo Trust with up to 256-bit SSL encryption. All your personal details you enter are encrypted before they are sent for processing.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Once you have placed your order you cannot add items to it. You'll need to place another order.

Can I contact you by telephone?

We sell exclusively on the internet and do not have any High Street stores. Therefore all of our communication is made electronically.

How can I find the emails you've sent me?

Check your junk spam/folder or spam filter provider. To stop spam/junk filtering you can add to your address book contacts or spam filter white list.


Can I track my delivery?

For items shipped by courier, you can track your delivery on-line. For smaller items we use Royal Mail so its not possible. If you enter your mobile number on the order, we'll automatically send you a text message to confirm your order has been despatched. (Items sent by courier only)

How long will my delivery take?

If you've chosen the standard delivery, for orders placed before 12pm, your items should reach you within 2 working days for deliveries within Mainland UK.
