These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website you agree to abide to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions you may not buy products from this website. By ordering products on the thebargainswarehouse.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. Any orders placed are done so in accordance with these conditions. You will be required to indicate your acceptance of our terms and conditions by clicking on the button marked “I Agree. If you do not agree to them, do not buy any products from this site. If you breach these terms and conditions then we are not obligated in any way. If you have any questions relating to our terms, please contact us.

1.1 These terms have been designed to protect your rights as a customer and to protect our rights as a business.

1.2 You may only purchase Products from this website if you are over 18, agree to our terms and conditions and resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man

1.3 For purposes of the Terms "company", "we", "us", "our" "thebargainswarehouse.co.uk" and "website" refer to The Bargain Warehouse and "you" and "your" refer to you the Customer unless clearly indicated otherwise. “Products” "Item" and "Items" means goods or services which may be purchased by you from us.

1.4 Any information given by you must be true in all respects. Falsifying details and identity is a breach of our terms and conditions and we will not be obligated in any way. You agree not to falsify your identity, by using someone else's identity or a virtual identity.

2 Purchasing from us
2.1 . Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by reviewing your shopping cart. You may correct those input errors before placing your order by editing and updating your shopping cart.

2.2 We are not obliged to supply the goods or services to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. It is on our acceptance that a contract comes into effect between us. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Despatched Confirmation E-mail to you.

2.3 Ownership for the goods transfers when we have been paid in full and delivery has taken place. Any fraudulent chargeback's will be liable to you the buyer and you will be owing thebargainswarehouse.co.uk the full payment for the goods received + any interest on the owing sum and the fees required by a collection company

2.4 If you fail to make any payment as agreed the outstanding sum plus interest from the original date of invoice becomes payable immediately.

2.5 Despatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed despatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

2.6 All products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply any product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

2.7 All sizes and dimensions are approximate but we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

3.Cancellations & Returns

3.1 Under DSR you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after delivery. In the case of goods delivered to third parties, it shall apply on the day on which the goods,were received by the third party. Orders completed before 11am are usually processed and dispatched the same day. If you want to cancel your order before reciept of goods, then you should email us immediately. If your order has not been packaged then we will be able to cancel the order and issue you a refund. If it has already been sent or collected by the courier then you will be required to send it back in order to attain a refund. Returns will be done at your cost. Any product returned to us should be returned in its original condition with all associated items. Returned goods must be suitably packaged and insured when returned to us. You will receive a refund within 30 days. Express tampering with goods, abuse, usage, defaced, damaged, missing parts or wilful damage will void any returns or refunds. We do not accept returns of software, CD's, DVD's and games once the seals have been broken. Should you wish to cancel your order under DSR, you must notify us within 7 working days from the day after delivery of receipt of the item by e-mail and not by the contact us form. No Returns will not be accepted unless you are issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and this number is stated on any return. This number can be obtained by contacting our Returns Team. here . The returned item should be returned in its original condition with all associated items. Providing you abide by this then we are obliged to allow you to return the item for a refund. However you will have to pay for the cost of returning the item to us, via a fully insured and recorded method. It is your responsibility to make sure that you send it in a well packaged manner. If the product/contents and box doesn't arrive, is broken, faulty, defaced, damaged in any way shape or form, then we are not obligated to issue you are refund. You will have to take any problems up with the courier you sent the item with. Remember it is your responsibilty to make sure products are suitably packaged and insured when returned to us. You must include your contact details and the Returns Authorisation Number with your item. If we are happy with your return then you will be issued a refund for amount you paid when you made the order, by the original payment method you made. We will make the refund within 30 days.

3.2 In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent subject to stock availability at the time of processing or a full refund issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or a partial cost of item refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault. If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse or damage, then no refund will be issued, and the you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Any product supplied to you must be used for its intended purpose and not be subject to abuse or unreasonable usage or misuse or wilful damage. Please contact our Returns Team here outling the nature of the fault / damage and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. A returns Authorisation number is issued and must be stated on any return. If a fault has not been found with the product when returned then you will be liable to pay cost of pick up and re-delivery costs.

3.3 In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage, we reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. If you return the Products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

3.4 If you cancel this Agreement and you do not return the Products to us, we may recover the Products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the Products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.

3.5 Items that are returned to us without prior notification or a Returns Authorisation Number will be deemed to have been recieved over the 7 working days and will not be subject to the right to cancel.

3.6 If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "Unchecked”. Failure to do so will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. If, by chance, you have received damaged goods, you must refuse to accept the goods at the point of delivery. 3.3 Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "Unchecked”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.Once the delivery of the goods have been accepted and signed for, no claims for damage or breakage will be considered.

4.0 Price and Payment
4.1 Where limited offers are advertised, these products are subject to availability and are allocated on a first come first served basis. When stock of these products has been allocated, no substitute product will be offered.

4.3 In addition to the price of the Products, you will have to pay a delivery charge

4.4 Payment can be made by any method specified in our Payment Options section. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

4.5 Full payment for products must be cleared, before will we deliver the item or items.

4.6 We may withhold the Products and/or terminate this Agreement if the payment is not received from you in full, on time, in cleared funds

4.7 Payment for all Products must be made by Paypal, debit or credit card OR any other method detailed on the Site.

4.8 Prices for Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect agreements which have come into force

4.9 Images of Products on the site are for illustrative purposes and are provided to help customers recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements, the images may not reflect exactly the item you receive. Please check any points you require claryfying with us.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery charges are specified in our Shipping section.

5.2 We endeavour to despatch products the same day if ordered by 11.00 am for instock items. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 working days of you placing an order with us. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery .We cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

5.3 Any delivery that is returned to us by our courier will require a further postage payment before it can be resent.

The reproduction of any content from this site without a written licence is subject to a charge of £2,000 for past usage and you will be notified of future usage terms . Removal of unlicenced content does not void the £2,000 fee for past usage . 7.1 You agree our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our site is strictly limited to the purchase price of the relevant Product and the replacement cost of the Product; (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure)

7.2 You may not assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer this Agreement, or any of your rights or obligations arising under this Agreement. Any attempt by you to do so shall be null and void. We may assign, charge, change, sub-contract or otherwise transfer this Agreement, or any of our rights or obligations arising under this Agreement, at any time – providing such action does not serve to reduce the guarantees benefiting you under this Agreement.

7.3 We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
